Placing an order is simple!

How it works?

  • Submit your shopping request with the list of items you’d like to purchase.
  • We’ll confirm availability and the total cost.
  • Once payment is received, we shop for your items and prepare them for shipping.
  • Your order is packed securely and shipped via NZ POST with tracking (for ambient products) or delivered directly (for refrigerated/frozen products in Auckland).

Fees

  • Orders under $200: $20 minimum service fee
  • Orders above $200: 10% service fee
  • Shipping Fee for ambient products: $7.99 flat rate for Auckland non-rural; varies for the rest of NZ. (* Auckland non-rural shipping fee may be more for extra large items)
  • Delivery Fee for refrigerated/frozen products (Auckland only): $0.99 per km from wholesaler.

Refrigerated/Frozen Products

  • No returns on refrigerated/frozen products.
  • Delivered using a chilly bin to maintain freshness.
  • Delivery time: 5 PM – 8 PM.
  • Direct delivery within 2 hours from pickup.
  • Trial Delivery Areas: North Shore, Central Auckland and South Auckland.
