Placing an order is simple! Just follow these steps:

  • Submit your shopping request with the list of items you’d like to purchase.
  • We’ll confirm availability and the total cost.
  • Once payment is received, we shop for your items and prepare them for shipping.
  • Your order is packed securely and shipped via NZ POST with tracking.

Fees:

  • Service Fee: $23 per standard box (30 x 30 x 25cm) + $5 packing fee
  • Shipping Fee: Varies based on location and package size
